How to take Kneipp Valeriana Classic?

It is recommended to help relax in case of temporary stress: 2 capsules 3 times a day.
To promote sleep: 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
If necessary, take 2 additional capsules in the afternoon.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Valerian food supplement with sugars.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Storage conditions
