How to take Normo Nerv Valeriana Complex?

It is recommended to take: take 1 to 2 capsules, one hour before bedtime.

Precautions

Do not administer to pregnant women (for Valerian and Passionflower). However, in people who are sensitive or allergic to any component, it would be contraindicated. For this reason it is recommended to read all the ingredients of the composition well. People who are taking medication or women who are pregnant or lactating, should consult their doctor or specialist taking food supplements.
