It acts as a sedative of the central nervous system, anticonvulsant and inducer of sleep. The alcoholic extract also acts against stomach pains. It is recommended in cases of excitability, insomnia, nervous tics or seizures, headaches, neuralgia, neurasthenia, epilepsy, premenstrual symptoms, intestinal and uterine spasms and menopause.
How to take Valerian Phytoextracts?
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules a day.
