    I have been taking it for a long time to fall asleep, along with passionflower, and it works great for me. The best of all is that I have not had to increase the dose in these 2/3 years of taking it.

Properties and benefits of Valerian Plus

Valerian balances the nervous system. Hawthorn is hypotensive and mild cardiotonic. Linden is a sedative and emollient. Chamomile extract is considered mildly sedating, digestive, and choleretic.

How to take Valerian Plus?

Take with dinner.
