How to take Protein for crossfit iso cross chocolate?

Take 2 doses daily: 50 g 45 minutes before training and 50 g after training. Pour water (approx. 250 ml), add 1 measure of product with the dispenser and shake well until the mixture is dissolved to avoid possible formation of lumps.

*100 g/day (corresponds to 2 measurements/day of the internal dispenser).
