How to take High whey chocolate whey protein?

Take 2 doses daily: 40 g before breakfast and 40 g after training. Add 1 measure of product with the dispenser, pour water or other liquid (approx. 250 ml) and shake. *80 g/day (corresponds to 2 measurements/day of the internal dispenser).

Precautions
