How to take Mineral Multivitamin?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily, preferably at breakfast, with a sufficient amount of water.

Calcium dicalcium phosphate, Magnesium gluconate, Vegetable capsule: hypromellose, Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Inositol, Iron fumarate, Soy lecithin, Natural vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol acetate), Niacin (nicotinamide), Zinc oxide, Pantothenic acid (Calcium D-pantothenate), Manganese gluconate, Vitamin A (retinyl acetate), Copper gluconate, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), Folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Sodium molybdate, Potassium iodide, Sodium selenite, Biotin (D-biotin), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
