How to take Multivitamins?

Vitamin A 800 µg RE, Vitamin D 5 µg, Vitamin E 12 mg a-TE, Vitamin C 20 mg, Niacin 4mg NE, Vitamin B6 0.7 mg, Folic acid 200 µg, Vitamin B12 2.5 µg, Biotin 50 µg, Pantothenic acid 3 mg, Iodine 75 µg.
