H4U Multivitamin 20 orange flavored effervescent tablets. It is a food supplement with 10 vitamins, with sugar and sweeteners.
How to take red fruit multivitamin?
It is recommended to dissolve an effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml). Recommended dose: take one effervescent tablet a day. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Ingredients per tablet: Acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium carbonates; firming agent: sorbitols; L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C); sweeteners: cyclamates, saccharins; seasoning; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E); firming agent: polyethylene glycol; beet concentrate; nicotinamide (niacin); D-pantheonate, calcium (pantothenic acid); D-biotin (biotin); pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid); cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12); pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); riboflavin (vitamin B2); thiamine mononitrate (thiamine).
For 1 tablet:
Vitamin C 80mg, Vitamin E 12mg, Niacin 16mg, Riboflavin 1.4mg, Thiamin 1.1mg, Pantothenic Acid 6mg, Vitamin B6 1.4mg, Biotin 50µg, Folic Acid 200µg, Vitamin B12 2.5µg.
