    I used to take another one that did not include K2, so I switched to this one. It is taken very well since the flavor is imperceptible. I have good vitamin D tests, and I sunbathe daily even in winter, but I still supplement, because I guess it's okay because I'm doing it well, once I stop taking them they would go down.

    Antes tomaba otra que no incluía K2, así que me he pasado a esta. Se toma muy bien ya que el sabor es imperceptible. Yo tengo la vitamina D en analíticas bien, y tomo a diario el sol incluso en invierno, pero aún así me suplemento, porque Supongo que está bien porque Lo estoy haciendo bien, una vez deje de tomarlas bajarían.

How to take Vitamin K2 + D3?

4 drops a day. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
